To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.
All product returns must have been purchased directly through the gutlebenhealth.com website or through our customer service department.
Please do not return/mail without speaking to a customer service representative first.

How to return/exchange your product:
- Call Customer Service for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
An RA# is required in order to process returns and issue credit.
- Some products cannot be returned by regular mail, so please call customer service or use live chat first to arrange your return. Please include the packing slip inside the return package. We recommend that you keep a copy for your records.
- Write the RA# on the outside of the return package and seal securely.

Upon receiving your return, we will refund your purchase using your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for your return credit to be processed.
